Terms of Use (User Side)
These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use") shall apply to all users of Posture Ii Shop LP (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). This Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") applies to all customers who use the Posture Ii Shop LP (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") applies to all customers who use the Service. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Service.
Article 1 (Definitions)
In these Terms of Use, the meanings of the terms listed in the following items shall be as set forth in the relevant items.
(1) "API
An application programming interface for providing payment services on the Service.
(2) "Settlement Service
means a service that enables payment procedures for contracts between a customer and the Company by credit card, convenience store payment, or bank transfer payment.
(3) "Payment service provider
means a company that provides payment services.
(4) "Credit card payment

(5) "Convenience store payment
Payment is made at a convenience store by paying the prescribed amount of money based on the designated payment slip, etc.
(6) "Bank transfer payment

(7) "Intellectual property rights, etc.
means copyrights (including rights under Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act), patents, utility model rights, trademarks, design rights, and other intellectual property rights (including the right to acquire such rights or to apply for registration of such rights), ideas, know-how, etc.
Article 2 (Agreement to these Terms and Conditions)
Customers shall use the Services and Settlement Services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and may not use such services unless they agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Article 3 (Status of Settlement Service Provider, etc.)
* The Payment Service Provider shall not be a party to, agent for, or intermediary or mediator of any contract between you and us.
* The Settlement Service Provider shall not be a party to, an agent of, or an intermediary for any contract between a customer and us. The payment service provider shall not be involved in any contact, inquiry, or any other negotiation (hereinafter referred to as "negotiation"), claim, trouble, or any other dispute (hereinafter referred to as "dispute") between you and us. The payment service provider shall not be involved in, and shall not be liable for, any communication, inquiry, and all other negotiations ("Negotiations"), claims, troubles, and all other disputes ("Disputes") between you and us.
* Customers may only make inquiries to settlement service providers through prescribed methods, and settlement service providers may respond to such inquiries based on their own judgment and discretion. However, settlement service providers are not obligated to respond to customer requests.
Article 4 (Collection Agency)
Customers agree in advance that the Payment Service Provider or its agent will receive the payment for the Service paid through the Payment Service on behalf of the Company.
Article 5 (Use of this API)
* You shall use the API for the purpose of settling payments for contracts between you and us (hereinafter referred to as the "Purpose"). You may use the API provided by the payment service provider within the scope of the purpose of payment settlement for contracts between you and us (the "Purpose").
* Customers shall not use the Payment Service outside the scope of the Purpose.
Article 6 (Ownership of Rights)
* All intellectual property rights, etc. related to the settlement service belong to the settlement service provider or the party that has licensed the settlement service provider, and the licensing of this API does not mean the licensing, assignment, or transfer of intellectual property rights, etc. of the settlement service provider or the party that has licensed the settlement service provider. This does not imply any license, assignment, or transfer of intellectual property rights, etc. of the Payment Service Provider or any person who has licensed the Payment Service Provider.
* Customers shall not conduct any act (including but not limited to disassembling, decompiling, and reverse engineering) that may infringe on the intellectual property rights, etc. of the Payment Service Provider or any party that has granted a license to the Payment Service Provider, for any reason whatsoever.
Article 7 (Handling of Information, Etc. on Use of Settlement Services)
* Information regarding the customer's terminal information, etc. (including, but not limited to, application startup logs and browser browsing logs) (including, but not limited to, app activation logs and browser browsing logs), payment information, and other information related to the use of related services (hereinafter referred to as "Payment Service Usage Information, etc."). The handling of such information (including, but not limited to, terminal information, etc. (including, but not limited to, application startup logs and browser browsing logs), payment information, and other information regarding the use of related services ("Payment Service Usage Information, etc.") is subject to the privacy policy separately stipulated by the Company and payment service providers, and customers agree that the Company and payment service providers shall handle such information in accordance with such privacy policy.
* We and payment service providers may, at their own discretion, use payment service usage information, etc. for the purpose of providing and operating payment services, improving and enhancing service content, etc., or use and disclose such information as statistical information in a form that does not identify individuals.
* In order to understand the usage of the service (including for the purpose of retargeting advertisement delivery), we and payment service providers may use cookies or information collection modules for the following purposes In addition, the Company and payment service providers may use cookies or information collection modules to collect payment service usage information in order to understand the usage status (including for the purpose of distributing retargeting advertisements). Neither the Company nor payment service providers shall be liable for any damages caused by the use of cookies and information collection modules.
* Even if the Company and payment service providers store payment service usage information, etc. for a certain period of time for operational purposes, they are under no obligation to store such information, etc. and may delete such information at their discretion at any time. Neither the Company nor the Payment Service Provider shall be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the customer as a result of such deletion.
Article 8 (Prohibited Acts)
In using the Service and the Payment Service, you shall not commit any of the following acts by yourself or a third party, nor shall you directly or indirectly cause or facilitate any of the following acts.
* Fraud or similar acts against us or payment service providers.
* Acts that interfere with or disrupt the business of the Company or payment service providers (including, but not limited to, obstruction of business, provision of false information, and falsification of information).
* Acts of using the Service or Payment Service for illegal or unfair transactions.
* Acts of using the Payment Services for purposes other than payment for services provided.
* Acts of using, creating, or distributing external tools that have effects that are not normally intended, or acts that make use of bugs that are not normally intended by the settlement service.
* Actions that place an excessive load on the network or system, etc.
* Acts that provide benefits to antisocial forces, etc.
* Actions related to criminal acts or actions that offend public order and morals or laws and regulations
* In addition to the preceding items, acts that violate laws and regulations, court judgments, decisions or orders, or legally binding administrative measures, and acts that encourage or may encourage such acts.
* Acts that are contrary to the purpose or objective of these Terms and Conditions or the settlement service.
* In addition to the preceding items, acts that we or the settlement service provider deem inappropriate.
Article 9 (Disclaimer and Disclaimer of Warranty)
* We and payment service providers make no warranty that this service and payment services are fit for your specific purpose, have the expected commercial value, accuracy, usefulness, or completeness, conform to laws and regulations applicable to you or internal rules of industry organizations, or that they will be free from defects. The Company makes no warranty of any kind.
* You agree in advance that bugs, malfunctions, or unusable situations may occur due to changes in the environment in which you use the Service and the Payment Services, changes in communication conditions, or other external circumstances.
